1) Get the image on your screen 2) Press "PrtSc" on your keyboard. It will look like nothing has happened. 3) Open an editing program like Pain (Start-Accessories-Paint) and copy (Control+V) it there. 4) Save it and send it to CaptchaSaysWhat@hotmail.com along with any funny tidbit about where you got it at.
